最近買了本書，名字叫"下一步，該怎樣走"
當我一個人時我會想起它
當我不順心時我會想起它
當我放不下時我會想起它
作者說"想要跳脫問題的方法只有一種，那就是解決它"
我是一個喜歡逃避問題的人
現在也想試著跟"面對"這兩個字做朋友
現在的生活是乏味的
是沉重的
是厭惡的
是逃避的
我試著去面對它
去改變它
